Dear Patients!
Due to personal data protection law, starting with November 1, 2011 all our testing reports sent by e-mail will be encrypted. Testing reports can only be decrypted with a key - 14 symbol string, which will be given to You in the laboratory printed on a label sticker.
If You wish to recieve Your testing report by e-mail, make sure our staff gives You a label sticker with the key.
The key has to be entered just as it is taking capital letters and dashes into consideration.

A new "E. Gulbis Laboratory" patient service center in the city of Jēkabpils, Draudzības alley 9, opens its doors on September 9, 2011.

Dear Patients!
Starting with July 15, 2010, additional payment of 0.50 LVL is charged for patient's registration.
This price covers patient registration, testing reports, long term testing report storage, handing out testing report duplicates, and other related actions including handing out materials for collecting samples.
Children and patients over the age of 60 still recieve 10% off all paid tests.

Handing over semen samples without queue
Starting with September 3rd, 2009 semen samples for clinical and microbiological testing are accepted without queue in Zemitana square 13 from 9:00 to 12:00 (am).
In Zemitana square 13 for all payments only cash is accepted.

A reception centre has been moved from Zemitāna square 13 to Zemitāna square 1
Since August 15, 2008, E. Gulbis Laboratory has moved a reception centre from the central building in Zemitāna square 13 to Zemitāna square 1. It is located only 100 meters away in the direction of Brīvības awenue. For your convenience this reception centre has a bigger waiting room and two reception rooms so we can work twice as fast. Since September 1, 2008, the reception centre in Zemitāna square 1 also accepts patients in Saturdays from 9.00 - 14.00
