Melanin (hemathechosis)
Chronic gastroenteritis

II Test material
Faecal sample
III Execution time
24 – 48 hours
IV Principle of the method
Real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR FT)

V Essence of the answer
The test response is given for each individual pathogen, as “Negative” or “Positive”.
The test is qualitative.

VI Price
Single panel test price – 45.00 EUR
Test panel price for all panels – 130.00 EUR

Respiratory virus panel

I Description
Determines 16 respiratory viruses:

Influenza A,
flu B,
adenovirus,
parasitic viruses 1,2,3,4,
rhinoviruses A/B/C,
respiratory syncytial viruses A,B,
bokaviruses 1/2/3/4,
metapneimoviruses,
coronaviruses  229E,NL63, OC43,
enterovirus.

II Test material
Nasopharyngeal smear, aspirates, Broncho alveolar lavage in preservative solution. The test material is taken stored and dispatched to the laboratory in “Copan” container with preservative solution.

III Executive time
24 – 48 hours

IV Principle of the method
Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (PCR RT).
The test determines not only DNA-containing but also RNA- containing viruses, therefore, to perform PCR, it is necessary that RNS transcodes DNA. It is done by the enzyme-reverse transcriptase included in the test.

V Essence of the answer
The test response is given for each individual pathogen, as “Negative” or “Positive”.
The test is qualitative.

VI Price
EUR 45.00

Respiratory pathogens (viruses + microbes) panel

I Description
Detects 33 respiratory pathogens –

respiratory syncytial viruses A, B Bordetella pertussis,
adenovirus Klebsiella pneumoniae,
enterovirus Legionella spp.,
parehovirus Haemophilus influenza spp.,
bokavirus Legionella spp.,
cytomegalovirus Salmonella spp.

II Test material
Nasopharyngeal smear, aspirates, bronchoalveolar lavage in preservative solution.  The test material is taken, stored and dispatched to the laboratory in “Copan” container with preservative solution.

III Executive time
24 – 48 hours

IV Principle of the method
Reserve transcription polymerase chain reaction (PCR RT).
The test determines not only DNA-containing but also RNA-containing viruses, therefore, to perform PCR, it is necessary that RNS transcodes DNA. It is done by the enzyme – reverse transcriptase included in the test.

V Essence of the answer
The test response is given for each individual pathogen, as “Negative” or “Positive”.
The test is qualitative.

VI Price
120.00 EUR
